Trane Opens New Sales and Distribution Facility

FORT SMITH, Ark. — Trane Technologies celebrated the grand opening of its new sales and distribution office in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on May 14.
The new office, which will employ up to 10 people, will serve as a local hub for HVAC equipment, service, and turnkey sales, further strengthening Trane’s ability to support customers and partners in Fort Smith and the surrounding region, a press release from the company said.
“This new office reflects our ongoing commitment to growth, innovation and service excellence,” said Arturo Perez, area general manager for Trane Arkansas. “By establishing a stronger presence in Fort Smith, we are creating new opportunities for collaboration, enhancing support for our customers and reinforcing our investment in the local community.”
The office also builds on Trane’s longstanding presence in Fort Smith, where one of the company’s commercial HVAC manufacturing facilities has operated for more than 30 years. The Fort Smith manufacturing site employs approximately 200 people and produces custom air-handler units.
Last year, the Fort Smith manufacturing facility announced plans to expand operations to support the production of thermal management solutions.
