Manufacturers at this year’s AHR Expo rolled out smarter, more connected solutions for humidity control and ventilation. From whole-home dehumidification and digital humidistats to high-performance ERVs and upgraded exhaust fans, these products are designed to help contractors meet evolving codes, improve comfort, and simplify installation and service.

What HVAC contractors will like about this product: The Honeywell Home Whole Home Dehumidifier was developed to address changing trends in home construction and HVAC system design. It features a tri-directional outlet for flexible installation and offers tight-space serviceability, easy access for filter changes, and advanced diagnostics to help eliminate guesswork. Contractors can replace any of the 19 individual components without needing to replace the entire unit, and a magnet-mounted onboard controller allows the display to be custom-fitted for easier access. Built-in sensors optimize performance and extend product lifecycle while the 90- and 120-PPD models combine ventilation control for timed ventilation, damper management, and smart compressor activation.
