Danfoss Power Solutions (Ames, Iowa) acquired hose fittings manufacturer Hydro Holding Spa (Castello d’Argile, Italy).
RESIDENTIAL CONTRACTORS
Air Kare Air Conditioning & Heating and Tropical A/C & Heating merged to form a new company, Tropical Air Kare (New Orleans), led by brothers Steve St. Pierre and Edward St. Pierre.
Steve Clemente is the new president and COO of trades brands at Authority Brands (Columbia, Md.). Josh Greear was recently named CFO, and Jay Caiafa was recently named CEO.
Lawson Air Conditioning & Plumbing (Gainesville, Ga.) broke ground for a new 64,000-square-foot headquarters in Gainesville.

Boss Facility Services Inc. (Hauppauge, N.Y.) marks its 25th anniversary in 2026.
MANUFACTURERS
Watts Water Technologies Inc. (North Andover, Mass.) was named to Newsweek’s America’s Most Responsible Companies list for the seventh consecutive year by Newsweek (New York).

Midea America Corp. (Parsippany, N.J.) appointed Justin Reinke head of product marketing and Mike Giordano head of sales.
CONTRACTOR SERVICES
Amy Squitieri became CEO of Mead & Hunt (Madison, Wis.). She was previously COO and replaced Andy Platz, who remains as board chairman. Troy Pankratz, who formerly led the company’s project management office, was named COO and president.
