Carrier Donates to Women in HVACR Scholarship

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — Carrier is proud to announce its continued support of Women in HVACR with a $25,000 donation to the organization’s 2025 scholarship program. This contribution will fund five $5,000 scholarships for women pursuing careers in HVACR, helping to build a more inclusive and dynamic workforce for the future.
“Carrier is proud to donate to the Women in HVACR Scholarship Program to empower women in the trades — building the next generation of skilled technicians, innovators, and industry leaders,” said Aimee Coulter, sr. channel manager at Carrier. “These scholarships are more than financial support, they’re a statement of belief in the power of women to lead, innovate, and transform our industry.”
Carrier’s support of WHVACR aligns with its broader commitment to The Carrier Way and its core company value of inclusion. In alignment with this commitment, the company’s Women’s Empowerment employee resource group champions initiatives that engage women and their allies across all levels of the organization and that bring Carrier’s culture of belonging to life.
