ArctiDry is an easy-to-install commercial HVAC solution that improves IAQ while using less electricity to simultaneously maximize comfort and lower costs, the press release said. It is proven to consistently supply air at dew points ranging from 55°F down to 35°F. The system is designed to independently control dry bulb and dew point, which gives facilities managers the ability to dehumidify the air without needing to overcool, increasing indoor comfort while decreasing energy use.

Additionally, ArctiDry’s unparalleled ISMRE2 (integrated seasonal moisture removal efficiency) rating lowers electricity consumption by up to 50%, the press release said.

In addition to providing precise temperature and humidity levels, ArctiDry can drop into existing HVAC infrastructure, requires minimal maintenance, and helps customers achieve Net Zero compliance, the press release said. Mojave manufactures all units in Anderson, South Carolina.
