ASHLAND CITY, Tenn. — Reliance Water Heaters, a manufacturer of residential water heaters, has launched an updated website, Reliancewaterheaters.com. The fully redesigned website offers an immersive and user-friendly experience with a focus on meeting the needs of homeowners, a press release from the company said.
Key improvements to the website include a mobile-friendly design, reorganized site navigation, enhanced search functionality, and closer integration with the hardware channel. These upgrades, made possible by the new Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform, provide users with a seamless browsing experience and quick and easy access to the information that’s important to them, the press release said. As consumers are researching new water heaters, they can quickly navigate to the website’s Retail Store Locator, which will connect them to a hardware store that can help them select the best-fit Reliance water heater for their needs.
