2025 Top 40 Under 40: Raelynn Warner

Raelynn Warner’s career began in the furniture wholesale industry as a corporate business developer — traveling the country — when the chance came to reduce travel and join a major Mid-Atlantic distributor in a newly created specialist role, and she jumped at it.
“It was there that I really got my feet wet, saw the power of this business, and honestly fell in love with both the industry and people within it,” Warner said.
Stepping into HVAC, Warner quickly realized she’d have to prove herself in a male-dominated industry.
“I made a conscious effort to challenge and convince myself that as a young woman, I needed to be more polished than any competitor to be taken seriously,” Warner said. “This included demonstrating strong product knowledge, presentation skills, thorough follow-up, and a solid understanding of industry direction.”
That pressure became a catalyst for growth, and those demanding days proved to be some of the most rewarding.
“I formed meaningful relationships and friendships, gained valuable opportunities, and found that gender became less important over time,” Warner said.
Today, as a senior area sales manager at LG Electronics U.S.A., Warner drives system adoption, supports contractors, and elevates others through mentorship, collaboration, and education. After all, in an ever-evolving industry like HVAC, there’s always something new to learn.

“I love discussing and understanding where companies’ pain points are so that we can dissect, organize, and implement a plan or solution that best fits their needs,” she said. “I have found that continuous education and a solid understanding of customer needs and goals are critical to long-term success for all parties.”
Warner learned through her experience playing soccer both collegiately and professionally “that winning teams are made up of players who perform together, in unity.” And she has carried that mindset forward. Thus, relationships have also been central to Warner’s success. Her first boss told her, “People do business with people they like,” and that advice still guides her.
“No one is perfect, and challenges arise, but it is the relationship and communication that allows us to overcome hurdles,” Warner said. “I plan to support those around me just as others have supported me in the past and still do today. I will always lend a helping hand, offer an open ear, and be a teammate, whatever that may entail.”
Warner hopes that her journey can inspire more women to explore the opportunities that the industry holds for them, and the significance of being a part of where it’s going. And that means she’ll need to educate, which is her essential goal.
Fortunately, one of her favorite parts about her job is getting to dive into LG’s inverter technology and its advantages.
“When I hear expressions of ‘Wow!’ or ‘The equipment can really do that?’ it reminds me why I am so passionate about spreading the word of what we have to offer,” Warner said.
