HVAC Price Increase List: June/July

SUMMER INCREASES: Manufacturers across the board reported pricing increases through June and July.

From June through July 2025, dozens of HVAC manufacturers announced price increases. These adjustments, ranging from modest upticks to significant tariff-driven surcharges, continue to impact equipment, parts, and accessories across the supply chain.

  • Amana PTAC, RAC, TTW (June): 5% increase on equipment, accessories, and parts.
  • AO Smith Water Heaters (July): 3–9% increase, effective July 15.
  • Aprilaire (June): 2.5–6% increase, effective June 1.
  • Aprilaire (July): 7% increase, effective July 1.
  • Aspen Coils (July): Various increases, effective July 8.
  • Aspen Manufacturing (June): 5–7% increase, effective June 1.
  • Bard Manufacturing (June): Up to 7% increase.
  • Beacon Morris (July): 9.5% increase on select product groups, effective July 1.
  • Coleman Equipment (June): 2.7% increase, effective June 1.
  • Copper (June): Various increases, effective June 6.
  • Copper (July): 3–5% increase (July 10), 3–6% increase (July 15).
  • Copeland White-Rodgers (June): 6–10% tariff-related increase on all products, effective June 1.
  • Dunkirk Boilers (June): Various product increases, effective June 2.
  • Dunkirk Boilers (July): 4% increase, effective July 21.
  • Diversitech (July): Price adjustments—some increases and some decreases, effective July 1.
  • Empire Comfort Systems (June): 3–4% increase, effective June 2.
  • EWC Controls (July): 4% increase on all products, effective July 14.
  • Evcon Equipment (June): 5% increase, effective June 1.
  • Fantech (June): 4.5–15% increase based on category, effective June 9.
  • Fieldpiece (June): 2–6% increase on select models, 8% increase on MR45, effective June 1.
  • Fujitsu (July): 2% increase, effective July 7.
  • Functional Devices (June): 8–54% increase, effective June 2.
  • Goodman Daikin Parts (July): Various increases, effective July 15.
  • Harris Products Group (June): Tariff reduction on select items, effective June 4.
  • Hart & Cooley (June): Various increases, effective June 23.
  • Heatcraft/Climate Control (June): 5–10% increase, effective June 2.
  • Honeywell Generators (July): Various increases, effective July 1.
  • ICP Parts (July): 1% increase, effective July 1.
  • ICM Controls (July): 11.4% increase on ICM517A only, effective July 21.
  • Inficon (July): 7% increase on all products and accessories, effective July 1.
  • JB Industries (July): 3–5% increase, effective July 1.
  • Little Giant Pumps (July): Various product increases, effective July 29.
  • M&M Manufacturing – Snappy (June): Up to 10% increase, effective June 9.
  • Metal-Fab (June): 4–7.5% increase by category, effective June 2.
  • Miller/Nortek Equipment (June): Various increases, effective June 12.
  • Modine Unit Heaters (June): Various increases, effective June 23.
  • Navien (June): 3–7% increase, effective June 2.
  • Nidec/US Motors (July): 5.5% increase on all products, effective July 31.
  • Nu-Calgon (July): 5–20% increase on select products, effective July 1.
  • Oatey (June): 1.5–15% increase by category, effective June 16.
  • Panasonic (June): 15% tariff-related increase on products made in China, effective June 23.
  • Rectorseal (June): Various increases, effective June 15.
  • Rectorseal & Truaire (June): 2–15% increase depending on category, effective June 2.
  • Resideo/Honeywell (June): 20% increase on select products (June 9), additional various increases (June 28).
  • Resideo (June): 6% or 20% increase on tariff-impacted items, effective June 21.
  • Simpson Strong-Tie (June): 5–17% increase based on category, effective June 2.
  • Southwire (June): Genesis Cable increase tied to COMEX copper (June 30).
  • Southwire (July): Up to 7% increase (July 7); increases on tools, equipment, and assembled products (July 21); Genesis Cable increase tied to copper pricing (July 21); 5% general increase (July 20).
  • Sterling HVAC Products (July): 9.5% increase on all products, effective July 1.
  • Stylecrest (June): Up to 5% increase on parts, effective June 2.
  • Supco (June): Up to 25% tariff-related increase, previously announced for June 2.
  • Truaire (June): 2–15% depending on category, effective June 2.
  • Truaire (July): Various increases, effective July 10.
  • Watts Water Technologies (June): Up to 31% decrease, reverting to March 31 price lists, effective June 2.
  • White-Rodgers Controls (June): 10% increase, effective June 15.
