New Leadership at the Helm of SENVA and CFM

BRUGINE — CAREL announces two key leadership appointments within its group companies: SENVA Inc. and CFM.
Effective May 1, 2025, Roberto Sandano has been appointed managing director of SENVA Inc., the U.S.-based company headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, acquired by CAREL in 2022. SENVA specialises in the design and manufacture of advanced sensors for HVAC applications. Sandano brings to SENVA extensive experience within the CAREL Group, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility, including group chief sales & marketing officer HVAC. His deep knowledge of the sector and the global market will be instrumental in guiding SENVA through a new phase of growth and consolidation.
Furthermore, as of May 5, 2025, Maurizio Pennetti has taken on the role of managing director of CFM, CAREL Group’s Turkish subsidiary. Pennetti has a long and successful track record leading major Italian companies in the mechanical and industrial sectors operating in Turkey. His appointment is part of CFM’s plan to strengthen its local structure, aiming to further consolidate the Group’s leadership in the region and successfully address the challenges of the market.
With these appointments, CAREL continues its path of international growth and consolidation, leveraging the vision and experience of two new managing directors to lead these companies in achieving their strategic objectives.
