EMR Names Delaware Valley Operations Manager

BALTIMORE, Maryland — The Electric Motor Repair Company (EMR) is pleased to announce that Danielle Banks has been named operations manager of the Delaware Valley branch.
Banks has been a key part of EMR’s leadership team since January 2025, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in operations, management, training, and customer service. As Operations Manager of the Delaware Valley branch, she oversees day-to-day branch activities, supports a 27-person team, and ensures exceptional service delivery across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Banks plays a vital role in fostering team unity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting EMR’s mission for continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Before joining EMR, Banks served as director of operations at an HVAC company, where she successfully led day-to-day operations for six years. She also held roles as project manager at a roofing company and office manager at a medical waste company. Her well-rounded career is supported by hands-on leadership experience and a strong focus on team development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Beyond her professional achievements, Banks enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She finds joy in creating meaningful experiences outside of work and brings the same energy and heart to her personal life as she does to her leadership role at EMR.
