BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — Ritchie Engineering Co. Inc., a manufacturer of tools and equipment for the HVACR and automobile industries and the company behind the Yellow Jacket brand, has promoted Kristen Ritchie to the position of president.

Ritchie has been with Ritchie Engineering for more than 20 years and has been an integral part in developing strategy and improving the brand awareness that helped lead Ritchie Engineering through a strong growth period, a press release from the company said. Her experience as executive vice president of the organization has prepared her for the next step in leading Ritchie Engineering, and she will continue navigating the business with a vision of innovation and growth, the press release said.
