NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Synergy Solution Group welcomed 77 field supervisors from across the country to Nashville last month for its 2025 Field Supervisors Forum.
Designed to help field leaders embrace their evolving roles with confidence and skill, the event focused on leadership development, communication strategies, and peer collaboration, a press release from Synergy said.
Synergy Solution Group is a network of peers in the commercial HVAC industry.
The forum included the workshop, “Oh Shift! From Boots to Boss – Communication Skills for Field Leaders,” led by guest speaker Lisa Withers. This session provided field supervisors with tools to refine their leadership approach, adjust their focus, and enhance communication in their teams, the press release said.
Throughout the two-and-a-half-day event, attendees engaged in small-group discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world problem-solving exercises designed to strengthen their leadership abilities.
“The best part was meeting other leaders in the same field as you, understanding what issues they see day to day, and hearing how they respond,” said Tyson Pritchard of the Baker Group.
“Being my first time here, I wouldn’t change a thing,” said Kevin Ordonez of Cox Engineering. “I really enjoyed the roundtable discussions and knowing that many others are in the same position as me.”
Synergy partners DST, Milwaukee Tool, and XOi helped sponsor this year’s Field Supervisors Forum.
