Contractor Acquires Electrical Firm for its New Homes Unit

ORLANDO, Fla. — Del-Air Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electric has expanded its residential new construction (RNC) division with the acquisition of Keystone Energy & Power Corp. in Orlando, Florida.
The acquisition will expand Del-Air’s electrical contracting services for homebuilders and enhance its capabilities for large-scale residential developments, the company said in a press release.
Keystone Energy & Power has been an electrical contractor in the greater Orlando area since its founding by Alan Deese in 2009. With a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installations tailored for large-scale residential projects, the company brings valuable expertise to Del-Air’s growing RNC division, the press release said.
“This acquisition marks a major milestone in Del-Air’s continued expansion within the home-building sector,” said Kevin Clark, president of Del-Air’s RNC division. “Keystone Energy & Power has a proven track record of supporting residential construction projects with precision and reliability. By integrating their electrical expertise into our RNC operations, we are reinforcing our ability to serve builders with seamless, scalable solutions for new communities.”
