Residential Contractor Colair Expands in South Texas

MISSION, Texas — Colair Inc., which has been providing HVAC and plumbing services since 1985, has opened a second location, in Corpus Christi, Texas.
The expansion reflects Colair’s steady growth and strong presence in the HVAC industry and is a milestone in Colair’s commitment to delivering top-tier heating, cooling, and IAQ services to homeowners throughout South Texas, a press release from the company said.
“Bringing Colair to Corpus Christi has been a long-term vision of ours,” said Ruben Sanchez, the owner of Colair. “We’ve built our reputation on quality service and customer care, and this new location allows us to extend that same level of expertise to more communities in need of reliable HVAC solutions.”
The new facility will serve as a full-service hub, offering air conditioning repair, replacement, maintenance, and heating services, along with plumbing solutions. As part of its expansion, Colair is launching promotions for new customers and engaging with the community through partnerships and its Colair Cares initiatives, the press release said.
