MOGADORE, Ohio — Sue Bertsch has been promoted to vice president and general manager at TruTech Tools Ltd., a provider of HVACR and building performance products.
“Sue’s diverse background and deep commitment to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) are critical to our ongoing success as a family-owned business,” said Bill Spohn, president, CEO, and owner of TruTech Tools, in a press release. “Her leadership, combined with her hands-on approach, inspires our team, and her dedication has been instrumental in driving our vision forward.”
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across industries, Bertsch brings a wealth of operational and management expertise to TruTech, the press release said. At DRB Systems, she successfully led multi-million-dollar inventory operations and optimized cross-functional teams. In previous roles at companies like Securitas and Diebold, she built a solid foundation in program management, strategic leadership, and customer service — skills that make her a valuable addition to the NAVAC leadership team, the press release said.
As a former small business owner, Bertsch also understands the challenges and opportunities TruTech Tools faces and brings a perspective that aligns with the company’s entrepreneurial spirit, the press release said.
