Elevate Home Services Acquires St. Clair’s Custom Air to Extend its Footprint in Southwest Florida

FORT MYERS, Florida — Elevate Home Services is proud to announce the acquisition of St. Clair’s Custom Air, a long-standing air conditioning company that serves the Cape Coral metro area. As part of the acquisition, all St. Clair’s Custom Air team members are being offered equivalent positions at Elevate Home Services.
“As we look to grow our business, we only want to work with companies that care as deeply about their team and clients as we do, which is what we’ve found with St. Clair’s Custom Air,” said Justin Carrol, president and co-owner of Elevate Home Services. “We believe our team will be able to elevate the lives of these experienced HVAC technicians and professionals who already have a long history of success in this area. This makes for a very natural transition, and one we believe will elevate our team and our clients’ experiences.”
Greg St. Clair, founder and president of St. Clair’s Custom Air, adds, “Since 2006, my team and I have been dedicated to providing exemplary service to the people of Cape Coral. I still have that passion, but was seeking a partner that I could trust to continue this company’s legacy while enhancing the lives of our team. I haven’t made this decision lightly; we did plenty of due diligence and truly believe Elevate Home Services’ reputation of excellence will help us continue ours.”
St. Clair plans to join his colleagues by joining the Elevate Home Services team in a new role in the coming weeks.
This is Elevate Home Services’ third acquisition since the company launched. Two other notable Florida companies, Whaley’s and Griffith Heating and Cooling, came on board earlier this year.
