PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — Hoshizaki America Inc., a manufacturer of ice machines, refrigerators, freezers, and other equipment for the food-service industry, has promoted Sally Ray vice president of marketing.

The company also welcomed an addition to its leadership team with the appointment of Loanne Freedlund as vice president of finance.

Ray has been with Hoshizaki for almost nine years, advancing through a variety of marketing roles. Additionally, as a certified foodservice professional, she is actively involved in industry associations. In her new capacity, Ray will spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at augmenting market share and propelling growth through innovative marketing endeavors and product development, as well as champion the implementation of a comprehensive training infrastructure, a press release from Hoshizaki said. She will also continue to lead the Hoshizaki Alliance marketing for the Americas region.

Freedlund brings to Hoshizaki a wealth of experience garnered from leadership roles in finance, notably at food-service equipment manufacturers, the press release said. She will play a pivotal role in driving financial stewardship and operational excellence across all facets of Hoshizaki America, the press release said.
