Atlantic Westchester Named a Best Place to Work

BEDFORD HILLS, N.Y. — For the second year in a row, Atlantic Westchester has been selected by 914Inc., a Westchester County, New York, business and lifestyle magazine, as one of Westchester’s Best Places to Work.
This time, the HVAC contractor for businesses, institutions, and local government in the New York City area was given the top spot. The honor recognizes Atlantic Westchester's commitment to culture and underscores its efforts to attract, retain, and equip its employees with the benefits, resources, and skills required for success, a press release from the company said.
“As we celebrate this achievement, we remain committed to investing in and supporting our employees while consistently providing building solutions for our clients,” said Jesse Alley, general manager of Atlantic Westchester Inc.
The 914Inc. Best Places to Work program began in 2021 and is promoted in partnership with the Best Companies Group. The regional survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Westchester County in order to benefit the region's economy, workforce, and businesses. The 2024 Best Places to Work in Westchester list is made up of 21 companies.
