“My goal is to help unify the industry for the common good of the homeowner and to help guide contractors in their marketing efforts so they can generate more revenue, employ more people, and serve more customers,” Thomas said.

Thomas hosts a popular weekly podcast called Smart HVAC Marketing Podcast where he interviews contractors and other industry experts to provide insight on how to run and grow a home service business. He has also created a successful internship program at Rival Digital that helps rising college graduates get real-world experience in marketing while learning about the trades.

Beyond his expertise in digital marketing, Thomas is also deeply committed to giving back to this industry. He is actively involved in various organizations and has a strong track record of supporting local education initiatives and contributing to the education of business owners and marketers.

“I would like to help promote the trades for the next generation of business owners, technicians, office staff, and also for vendor partners to shine a light on the opportunities that are available within the blue collar industry,” Thomas said.
