Rather than simply replacing a part, they now prioritize evaluating the entire system, considering factors such as ductwork, proper airflow, and design conditions at each stage of the troubleshooting process. This approach has yielded more comprehensive solutions and improved the overall efficiency and performance of the systems they service.

“I like to think of it as we prioritize curing the root of the problem over treating the ‘symptoms’ of the system,” Reyes said.
