Tyler Cheape has made a big impression during a short time at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Hampton Roads.
He joined the team in 2021 and used a determined attitude and hard work to produce great results. He started his career as an installer and was promoted to lead mechanic within a year.
“I was looking online for new career opportunities, and I found this position at One Hour and applied,” Cheape said. “I thought it had a great outlook and a bright future. I'm so happy that I was correct and made the right choice.”
Cheape is also one of the company’s trainers for new mechanics and helpers. He has received countless awards for his install services, including having the highest install revenue generated in the franchise across the entire country.
“It was an honor to be named the No. 1 installer in the entire network of the One Hour brand,” Cheape said.
Cheape gives great effort to support both his team and the company. It is an impressive start for someone who has been in the HVAC industry for less than three years.
“My career goals are to grow into a leadership role, where I will have the ability to train, develop, and motivate new and current teammates,” Cheape said.
