“I am very excited about this transition, as it will allow me to focus on deepening relationships,” said Bob Engel. “This includes mentoring new members of our rapidly expanding team, working with new and existing customers and vendors as well as sharing my passion for the industry with companies interested in learning more about our family of brands.”

Ed Doherty has been with API of NH and Delta T since 1989. He has worked in various departments, including sheet metal, warehouse, counter, and inside and outside sales. He has taken on roles such as branch manager, general manager, and sales manager.

“It has been my great honor and privilege to serve API for more than 30 years,” stated Ed Doherty, newly appointed president of API of NH and Delta T. “It’s been an even bigger honor working alongside my mentor, Bob Engel. He was an outstanding president and I am excited to step into his shoes and continue the legacy, structure, and culture the Engel family has built for the last four decades.”

Munch’s Supply, a Marcone company and a Midwest-based HVAC distributor, acquired API of NH and Delta T in 2021.
