SGH announced that it is expanding its growing presence in the Tampa market through the recent acquisition of IERNA Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing, a residential HVAC and plumbing contractor serving communities throughout Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk and Northern Pinellas Counties. SGH currently owns and operates several other brands in the Greater Tampa Bay area, including Pinellas Comfort Systems, Performance Air Conditioning, Electrical, and Plumbing, and Paradise Air.

Mr. AC Cooling & Heating

SGH announced that it has acquired Mr. AC Cooling & Heating, a residential and commercial HVAC company serving Florida’s Manatee County, Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding area. The company will operate under SGH’s Elite Heating & Air brand, a leading Bradenton, Florida-area heating, cooling, and plumbing services company with more than 20 years of HVAC expertise.
 
 Since 2015, Mr. AC Cooling & Heating has worked to provide customers with honest, transparent, and reliable service. Owner-operator Andy Naylor was first introduced to the HVAC business 15 years ago; he worked full time while learning the job and completing a certified course for AC and heating.

“After serving in the HVAC industry for more than a decade and saving many people from the Florida heat, Mr. AC Cooling & Heating was born,” said Naylor. “I credit a lot of hard work and my wonderful team for helping to grow this business into what it is today. Sansone Air Conditioning

SGH announced that it has acquired Sansone Air Conditioning, a family-owned and operated air conditioning company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida serving Palm Beach, Broward, St. Lucie, and Martin counties.

Since 1976, Sansone has operated as a family-owned company and is now run by the third and fourth generations. Originally started as the Sansone Corporation by Nicholas Sansone, the company credits its growth over the years to its record of customer trust, experienced service, and proven performance.
