NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Charles D. Jones Company announced the acquisition of Air Conditioning Utilities located in Omaha, Nebraska. This acquisition will give the Charles D. Jones Company a total of 21 branches operating in Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, and Nebraska.

Both companies distribute Luxaire (JCI) and Mitsubishi Electric products along with many other shared product lines. The transaction is scheduled to be completed June 30^th 2021.
