PRICE INREASE

Hercules Industries (Denver) announced price increases on select products, which will increase in price by an average of 15%.

SPX Cooling Technologies Inc. (Overland Park, Kansas) is increasing prices of Marley, Recold, and SGS Refrigeration products to offset commodity increases.

International Environmental Corp. (Oklahoma City) announced an average price increase of 6% for all commercial HVAC equipment and parts. This price increase will be effective as early as June 15, 2021.

Mestek Inc. (Westfield, Massachusetts) acquired the baseboard assets of

Slant/Fin (Greenvale, New York).

Madison Industries (Chicago) announced an agreement to acquire Nortek Air (O’ Fallon, Missouri).

Canarm Ltd. (Brockville, Ontario, Canada) named Sean McDowell vice president of Canarm’s HVAC Business unit. Doug Matthews, Canarm vice president of HVAC, has announced his retirement in the coming few years.

Heating and Cooling (Shawnee, Kansas).

Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electrical (Austin, Texas) partnered with Austin’s new professional soccer team, Austin FC.

Tempo Inc.’s (Irving, Texas) board of directors has voted Brian Mount as the next CEO of Tempo Inc.

Winsupply Inc. (Moraine, Ohio) purchased the assets of Allegheny Pipe & Supply (Coraopolis, Pennsylvania).

Munch’s Supply (Hillside, Illinois) acquired API of New Hampshire & Delta T (Manchester, New Hampshire)
