The on-demand, self-paced courses are approximately 10 minutes each. Course topics include automatic control valves, backflow preventers, drains, mixing valves, pressure reducing valves, and water quality. Some of the newer features allow customers to assign learning modules to staff and track their ongoing progress, create learning plans to develop specialized product knowledge, and track their own personal training history. As a bonus, contractors, engineers, and wholesalers can earn tokens when they successfully complete any of the Watts Works Online training modules.
