Mulcahy Company named a 2019 Top 150 Workplace
The Star Tribune recognizes Mulcahy for second year in a row
EAGAN, Minn. — Mulcahy Co. has been named one of the Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota by the Star Tribune for the second year in a row.
Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, leadership, and culture. The analysis included responses from over 140,000 employees at 2,000 Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations.
Celebrating its 90th year in business, Mulcahy has 60 employees and provides heating, cooling, and plumbing solutions. It is one of 70 small businesses in the state that made the Top Workplaces list.
“Our key to success is recognizing that everyone’s contribution matters; every single person is recognized and rewarded for the job they do,” Mulcahy Executive Vice President Rob Grady said. “I am honored to work with such a great group of people who have been publicly recognized for their efforts in an ever-improving culture.
