Mulcahy has been named one of the “Top 150 Workplaces in Minnesota” by the Star Tribune for the second year in a row.

The top workplaces list recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, leadership, and culture. The analysis included responses from over 140,000 employees at 2,000 Minnesota public, private, and nonprofit organizations.

Celebrating its 90th year in business, Mulcahy has 60 employees and is one of 70 small businesses in the state that made the top workplaces list.

Mulcahy significantly expanded operations and services in 2019. The company grew its product line in commercial and residential domestic hot water through a partnership with Lochinvar.
