HARRISBURG, Pa. —   HB Global LLC has announced that its IT Landes division has acquired Indian Valley Mechanical LLC of Harleysville, Pennsylvania. The entire Indian Valley Mechanical team of office and field personnel will be joining IT Landes.  With the acquisition of Indian Valley Mechanical, IT Landes now has nearly 250 employees, a fleet of 140 vehicles, and a projected annual local revenue of over $45 million.
