HB Global, LLC, the parent company of heating, plumbing, and electrical service providers HB McClure Company and IT Landes Company, has announced the acquisition of Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC. Nash is a commercial plumbing and mechanical services provider based in Wildwood, Florida.

According to Bob Whalen, president and CEO of HB Global, acquiring Nash is part of the company’s long-term strategy for growth. “We chose Nash to join the HB Global family because they extend our geographic reach and expand our offerings within the commercial construction industry,” said Whalen. “Nash is also a family-owned business that aligns with our core values—a quality that is extremely important to us.”
