Description: This product automatically assigns the HVAC and lighting occupancy setting for every hotel room upon guest check-in. This enables the MACH-System™ to improve guest room comfort and operational efficiency while delivering real-time analytics for the entire facility. The device provides custom integration into OPERA property management systems (PMS). It networks into the existing PMS using TCP/IP Ethernet, and it can accommodate controls for up to 2,000 rooms. The set-and-forget configuration provides an easy-to-configure scope, which involves editing files using Notepad. It also allows for configurable network information, room identifiers, and BACnet® address of the Network Interface Card (NIC). The intuitive interface includes a main window containing the Menu Bar, Room List, Log List, and Status Bar. The Menu Bar contains the Exit, View, Help, PMS Connection Status, and Language features. The Room List screen shows the current configuration of all the rooms and their occupancy status updates according to the PMS. The Log List screen keeps a running history of significant events that have occurred in each room.
