Benoist Brothers Supply Co. Acquires NuComfort Supply
Benoist Brothers Supply Co. is celebrating its 90th year in business this year
CHICAGO — Benoist Brothers Supply Co., a wholesale HVAC distributor headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, and Mount Vernon, Illinois, acquired NuComfort Supply, a wholesale HVAC distributor headquartered in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
“Benoist Brothers Supply Co. is very excited to have NuComfort join the Benoist family. Both companies are leading wholesalers of the best HVAC equipment in the industry today through our relationship with Rheem Manufacturing Company and the Ruud brand,” said Peter Warren, CEO, Benoist Brothers Supply. “Like the Benoists, NuComfort owner, Marty Nuzik, has built a company with a culture of customer service and family that is second to none. We’re very excited that he has agreed to stay and run NuComfort, and I am looking forward to sharing best practices as we continue to grow the combined businesses together.”
Marty Nuzik, founder and owner, NuComfort Supply, insists NuComfort has the best employees in the HVAC industry.

The three NuComfort branches will continue to operate under the NuComfort brand as a subsidiary of Benoist Brothers Supply Company, which is celebrating its 90th year in business this year.
