Brophy Air Specialty Group Joins Linc Service Network
CANONSBURG, Pa. — ABM Franchising Group LLC, a subsidiary of ABM Industries Inc., announced that Brophy Air Specialty Group LLC, signed an agreement to join its Linc Service franchise network. Brophy Air Specialty Group is a full-service provider of HVAC contracting in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Linc Service is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group.
“Brophy Air Specialty Group is a welcome addition to the Linc Service network,” said Bruce Phibbs, senior vice president of ABM Franchising Group. “Reliable HVAC systems are paramount in southern Florida, and we’re proud to help Brophy Air Specialty Group grow their business by providing Linc Service’s offerings.”
Miami-based Brophy Air Specialty Group was established in 1991 and is a family-owned business providing comprehensive HVAC to clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. The company prides itself with offering preventive maintenance programs to help prolong equipment life, efficiencies and reduce breakdowns, along with HVAC repairs, service, replacements, new equipment installations, and indoor air quality monitoring.
Brophy Air Specialty Group plans to expand its offerings to include Linc Service’s full range of services, including proactive and preventive maintenance, to better meet its clients’ needs.

Brophy Air Specialty Group currently employs a team of 15. As the business continues to grow, Brophy said the company plans to grow its team as it expands to serve Martin, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida, while continuing to serve Miami-Dade County.

“We have been serving clients throughout southern Florida for more than 25 years and have always put them first,” Brophy said.
ABM Franchising Group offers a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial buildings. ABM Franchising Group consists of two franchise brands: Linc Service and TEGG. Brophy Air Specialty Group will operate under the Linc Service franchise brand.
