Georgia Contractor Announces Expansion
ATLANTA — Douglasville, Georgia-based Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing announced its acquisition of Gus HVAC, expanding its territory to the greater Canton and Alpharetta areas.
Gus HVAC has served Canton and its surrounding communities for more than 19 years, providing heating and air conditioning repair and installation services to both residential and commercial customers. The location will continue to operate under its current brand for another year while offering new services added during the merger, such as a wide array of plumbing offerings.
“Gus HVAC will be a tremendous addition to the growing Assured Comfort family,” said Jerry Hall, owner of Assured Comfort Heating, Air & Plumbing. “More than simply expanding our territory, this move will provide Canton area homeowners and businesses access to a wider range of beneficial services while continuing the level of trust and customer service they’ve come to expect.”
Gus Suarez, founder of Gus HVAC, will continue to serve his longtime customers as a manager on the Assured Comfort leadership team, taking charge of operations throughout his existing territories.
“I’m excited to be able to continue offering my long-standing customers excellent care,” Suarez said. “Joining the Assured Comfort team allows me to not only expand our offerings with plumbing and duct cleaning, but also provide even better warranties and guarantees to our amazing customers.
