PLANO, Texas — Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning LLC announced the acquisition of The Pink Plumber, a residential and commercial plumbing company with locations in Atlanta, Tampa, and Dallas.

Aames Plumbing & Heating (dba The Pink Plumber) was founded in 1991 by Geoff Gillon in Atlanta. As a Service Experts company, The Pink Plumber will continue to operate as The Pink Plumber, offering plumbing services in the Atlanta, Tampa, and Dallas-Fort Worth markets. The Pink Plumber also provides septic services to Atlanta customers.  

Service Experts also recently acquired Admiral Plumbing Services, a residential and commercial plumbing company located in Jupiter, Florida and serving the greater West Palm Beach area, including Palm Beach County, Martin County, and Port St Lucie.

Admiral was founded in 2004 by Richard Bassoff. Admiral will continue to operate as Admiral Plumbing Services under Bassoff’s leadership, offering  services in West Palm Beach and surrounding markets.

Earlier this year, Midway Services, a residential plumbing, electrical, remodeling, and HVAC company founded in 1957 and located in Clearwater, Florida, became part of Service Experts. Midway also continues to operate as Midway Services and offers plumbing, heating/air conditioning installation, repair, electrical and kitchen and bath remodeling services in the Tampa Bay and Clearwater markets.

These acquisitions complement Service Experts’ 21 existing centers in Texas, Florida, and Georgia and add approximately 247 employees and 184 service vehicles to the Service Experts family, bringing the total number of locations in the U.S. and Canada to 94. Fred Silberstein from SF&P Advisors represented Admiral and Midway in the transactions, and Doug Trottier from Sundial Partner represented Aames Plumbing & Heating (dba The Pink Plumber).

Founded in 1996, Service Experts is a provider of HVAC repair, maintenance, new equipment sales, and related services to residential and commercial customers in 29 states in the U.S. and three provinces in Canada.
