Daikin Applied Americas Announces Price Increase
The increase is attributed to rising commodity prices, increases in freight and transportation costs

MINNEAPOLIS — The HVACR industry has seen rising commodity prices, particularly in steel and aluminum, as well as increases in freight and transportation costs. Daikin Applied Americas, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is announcing a 4-9 percent price increase on applied and unitary commercial equipment and parts, effective June 15, to offset these increased commodity expenses.
