BUFFALO, N.Y. — Field Nimble by Pointman is a field service management software and mobile app designed for small contractors to complete jobs quicker, turn more jobs, and become more profitable per job.
Field Nimble enables both field technicians and office administrators to work together in real-time for scheduling, job alerts, customer information, service history, field invoicing, and on-site payment. The platform integrates with existing business systems, such as QuickBooks, Google Suite, and navigation/GPS apps.
Field techs may access their calendar-style appointment list, real-time alerts, customer service histories (work orders, photos, proposals, etc.) via the software. Once on the job, they can make custom proposals, capture signatures, and accept payments.
In the back office, the Job Dashboard shows all visits assigned to employees. Administrators fill openings from unscheduled jobs or reschedule visits. They can stay organized by creating custom tags with specific keywords to ID employee specialties, certifications, skills, etc.
