J.W. Winco, Inc., a supplier of standard industrial machine components, now offers GN 614.5 metric size, plastic push-fit short spring plungers.

The GN 614.5 spring plungers, which are RoHS-compliant, are used as detents as well as for push-on and push-off applications and ejectors. The geometric shape of the plastic housing creates a self-clamping function that compensates drill-hole tolerances of as much as .2 mm (.008” of an inch). The push-fit by-hand assembly makes overhead installation easy.
