Marvair Acquires Eubank Wallmount from National Coil Co.
The sale of Eubank allows NCC the opportunity to realign its resources
CORDELE, Ga. — Marvair and National Coil Co. (NCC) announced that the Marvair Division of Airxcel Inc. has acquired the Eubank Wallmount product family from NCC.
Thanks to the support of their customers, NCC has enjoyed significant growth in both the Eubank Wallmount business and the refrigeration business in recent years. In order to further enhance NCC’s strong market position in refrigeration, the sale of Eubank allows NCC the opportunity to realign its resources. As a manufacturer of wall-mount HVAC systems, the Marvair division of Airxcel will provide undisrupted, high quality service expected by Eubank customers.
Effective immediately, National Coil Co. will transfer all Wallmount manufacturing and support to Marvair. Existing Eubank Wallmount customers are asked to contact Marvair for all product and service needs including warranty service for existing Eubank products in the field, technical support, finished goods, or parts sales.
