Grundfos Pumps Appoints New Customer Service Director

OLATHE, Kan.—Bill Crooks has joined Grundfos Pumps Corp. as customer service center director responsible for overseeing customer service and applications engineering teams at the company’s Olathe, Kansas-facility. Crooks brings extensive staff leadership experience to the global pump manufacturer. Roughly, 100 employees operate out of the 58,000-square-foot Kansas City facility, including those in the company’s finance, customer service and engineering departments.
