COLUMBUS, Ohio — HARDI has added two new team members to its staff — Nick Benton and Janelle Consiglio. Benton will function as an education specialist. His role is to manage HARDI’s existing set of educational solutions and HEAT.U infrastructure, as well as lead the development efforts for new programs.

“Bringing Nick onboard will help ensure that our services remain high quality and that each member receives individualized attention,” said Emily Saving, director of education and the research foundation. “We are so thrilled to have someone as talented as Nick join our team.”

According to HARDI, Benton brings with him years of experience in the areas of training and employee development and process improvement; and he is looking forward to helping HARDI members use training and development efforts as a strategic tool to drive employee success.

“I’ve heard wonderful things about our HARDI members, and I’m looking forward to spending time with them and learning how it is they are so successful,” said Benton. “Hopefully soon I’ll be able to contribute to their successes.”

Consiglio, HARDI’s other new hire, will be the association’s manager of membership engagement. According to HARDI, she has a strong sales background, with many years experience in the area of health care-focused sales and sales training. She will be working closely with members to ensure they are taking full advantage of membership benefits, as well as developing relationships with prospective members. Additionally, she will oversee HARDI sponsorship initiatives as well as implement strategies to ensure all aspects of membership operations and customer service are operating efficiently.

“Thanks to the incredible leadership and vision of our board and committee and council volunteers, the HARDI’s library of solutions, products, and services has grown so extensively that we needed a team member who could be completely devoted to customizing HARDI to the individual needs of our member companies, and I believe we’ve found the ideal talent to do just that in Janelle,” said Talbot Gee, executive vice president and COO. “As we seek to do with all positions on the HARDI staff, Janelle brings a unique skill set and expertise to our team which we believe will make us all better at serving our members.”
