Trane Celebrates Grand Opening in Augusta, Georgia
Trane celebrated the grand opening of its new, expanded location for heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC) commercial and residential products and services in Augusta, Georgia.
This expanded location boasts 35,000 square feet of storefront and on-site warehouse space, office accommodations, an increase of about 28,000 square feet, with addition of two employees to the staff of 17. The facility is a centralized location for all of Trane’s solutions and services, including original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts, equipment, and wholesale supplies. Customers now have local access to HVAC expertise and products for their residential or commercial projects, with easy access to HVAC solutions, all under one roof.
"Trane is investing in Augusta because the Augusta HVAC community has invested in Trane,” said Dennis Holshouser, area manager at Trane. “We want to make sure that no matter the project, our expertise, products and services are never far away.”
The new location will also speed up delivery time, along with local shipping.
“Our customers can now receive local shipments of product, supplies or equipment directly to their front door the very next day, or they can do same-day pick up, whichever is the most expedient option for their business,” Holshouser said. At the grand opening event, attendees heard brief remarks from Trane and city leaders, viewed an official ribbon-cutting, toured the facility, and had an opportunity to network.
