Description: This product has small, flat sensors with a footprint of 8 x 13 mm and a height of  less than 7 mm. The humidity temperature dew point (HTD) differential pressure sensors feature digital signal processing with 15-bit resolution, a serial peripheral interface (SPI), and an analog output signal. The sensors with 3.3 V or 5 V supply are suitable for battery-powered applications in mobile and portable devices. In manifold modules, the strain measurement device (SMD) miniature sensors allow for a compact arrangement.
