Enercare Inc. (North York, Ontario, Canada), parent company of Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning (Plano, Texas), announced the retirement of Service Experts president and CEO Scott Boxer. He will be replaced by Scott Boose.
American Residential Services San Diego (ARS) and RighTime Home Services (San Diego) donated and performed free home comfort work on behalf of Adam Martel, a U.S. Navy veteran.
Reliance Home Comfort (Oshawa, Ontario, Canada) was acquired via a joint agreement between Cheung Kong Property Holdings Ltd. Canada (Toronto) and Alinda Capital Partners (Greenwich, Connecticut).
