The National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) announced the latest edition of its publication ANSI-NEBB, “Technical Retro-Commissioning of Existing Buildings,” Standard S120-2016, has been approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The Thermostat Recycling Corp. (TRC) named Franklin Energy Services (Chicago) as its March collection partner for the state of Illinois.
