Description: MasterSil 153 and MasterSil 153Med are two-part, addition-curing silicones that feature a one-to-one mix ratio, low shrinkage, water resistance, and electrical insulation properties. These systems are easy to handle with a long open time and can cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. They share common silicone attributes, including flexibility and temperature resistance up to 400°F [204°C]. MasterSil 153 is employed in optical, electrical, and aerospace applications and is noted for its ability to withstand vibration, impact, shock, and thermal cycling.
