Description: The iVortex is a low-maintenance air purifier that actively treats air as it passes through a home’s HVAC system without creating ozone or other harmful byproducts. It is a bi-polar, high-output ion generator designed specifically for treating air in residential duct systems up to 6 ton in size. As air flows past the iVortex, positive and negative ions actively purify the air, killing molds, bacteria, and viruses in the coil and living space. The ionization process also reduces allergens, smoke, and static electricity as well as controls odors from cooking, pets, volatile organic compounds, and other particles in the air. Designed for universal mounting, the product typically requires only 15 minutes to install inside or outside of the duct or to attach magnetically near the indoor fan. The unit has no replacement parts and is UL and cUL approved.
