Johnson Controls Inc. (Milwaukee) will increase the price of its unitary residential and light commercial products by upwards of 5 percent over the next 60 days.

Ingersoll Rand’s (Davidson, North Carolina) residential HVAC strategic business unit announced a price increase of up to 5 percent on select Trane, American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, and Ameristar HVAC equipment, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
