Description: An extension of the Conservationist BT line, this 55-gallon version joins a lineup of 74- and 98-gallon commercial gas models for applications such as office buildings and duplex apartment homes. Available in natural gas and propane models, this water heater delivers a 106-gallon first-hour rating. The Conservationist family has eco-friendly, non-chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) foam insulation; integrated heat traps; and a specially designed combustion chamber. This product also features fully automated controls with safety shutoffs that require no electric connections.
