Description: Adding this product to bare ¾-inch copper pipe increases heat radiation. Element sections come in 1- and 2-foot lengths, and are available in ½-, ¾-, 1-, and 1 ¼-inch copper-pipe sizes. Depending on size, this element will generate 430-1,665 Btu per foot of installed length, and the fins are 0.020-gauge metal rather than the standard 0.008-gauge metal. Unlike permanent fins, which must be cleaned in place (if they are to be cleaned at all), this product can be easily removed, rinsed clean, and reinstalled to keep it working at peak efficiency.
